Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, mobile number and password (handled by our sign-in provider).
• Profile details: photo, bio, brokerage, license number and state, towns, and any links you add.
• Referral details you enter, including client contact information.
• Pros you save, and notes you keep about them.
• Basic usage information, such as pages viewed and actions taken, to run and improve the service.

Consent records

When you agree to our Terms or opt in to text messages, we keep a record of the exact wording you saw, the date and time, your phone or email, and your IP address and browser. We keep this history, including when you opt out.

Text messages

• We text you only if you opted in, from a confirmed number, and never after you reply STOP.
• We don't sell or share your phone number or opt-in for marketing by others.

Email

We send account and referral email, and you can unsubscribe from anything that isn't essential to your account. We check our do-not-email list before every message.

Who sees what

• Other agents see your profile once you're verified, unless you turn off search visibility.
• Client contact details on a referral go to the receiving agent only after they accept it.
• Your notes, tags and Pro reports are private to you.
• We use service providers for hosting, sign-in, email, texts, payments and error tracking, only to run Share My Circle.

Deleting your data

• You can delete your account in Settings. We remove your profile, circle and Pros list, and anonymize you on referrals another agent still holds.
• Homeowners can ask us to delete their information by writing to support@sharemycircle.com.
• Retention periods will be set out here.
