Who we are

Share My Circle (sharemycircle.com) is operated by Nine8 Online LLC, doing business as Share My Circle. It helps licensed real estate agents track referrals between agents and share trusted local service providers (“Pros”) with their clients.

Your account

• You must be a licensed real estate agent to use agent features, and keep your profile accurate.
• You agree to tell us if your license becomes inactive, suspended or revoked, or if you change brokerages.
• Share My Circle is not the source of truth for license status. We check licenses against state records, but you remain responsible for your own license.

Referrals and fees

• Referral fees are agreed only between the agents involved. Share My Circle never sets, quotes or suggests a fee, and isn't a party to any referral agreement.
• We store the fee percentage you enter, for your records only.

Pros

• Your list of Pros is a convenience list. No fees, tracking or compensation are tied to recommending a Pro.
• Reports you make about a Pro are private to Share My Circle and aren't shown to the Pro or other agents.

Text messages (SMS terms)

• Program: Share My Circle referral alerts and account messages, sent only if you opt in. Opting in isn't required to use Share My Circle.
• Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also contact support@sharemycircle.com.
• Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Texts you send to clients from Share My Circle open your own messaging app and come from your own number.

Plans, renewal and cancellation

• Circle is free. Circle Plus and Full Circle are paid monthly or yearly and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel any time in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period. No refunds for the current period.
• We email a reminder before a yearly plan renews.
• If a payment fails, you keep full access for a 14-day grace period while we retry. After that, your plan moves to Circle and nothing is deleted.

Logos and content you upload

• Only upload logos and photos you have the right to use. You confirm this when you upload.
• Rights holders can ask us to take content down by writing to support@sharemycircle.com.

Client information

Client details on a referral are shared with the receiving agent only after they accept it. Homeowners can ask us to delete their information; see our Privacy Policy.
